I want to buy a game from Italy but the seller that has it will only dispatch within Italy so that leaves me with my hands tied. If anyone could serve as a middleman for this I'd be very grateful.

By all means ask on the forum (or the selling section) and there are plenty of people that have done such things for others on this forum and others like it over the years. I will say though there are often people that do such services, they tend to be called mail forwarding or occasionally personal shopper for [insert country] if you do come up short.
