you can try save mounter, but you must be on an exploitable firmware. I've heard some of the saves that fluctuate in size don't work though, but there's a bar to change the size of the save within save mounter, so more work than don't (though never used it). I was successful with every save of mine, resigning it from a banned account to a new account. @KiiWii and I have tutorials on it.
