ROM Hack Any tools to translate PXZ2's dialogue from the Japanese versions

I was playing Project X Zone 2 and I cringe at some of the English text dialogue. It's nothing more than references. From Xiaomu mistaking Segata's name as it was based on the Phillips CD-i and Panasonic 3DO, to Pai quoting Raul Julia's Tuesday quote from the Street Fighter movie. Is there anyway to have a faithful translation of the Japanese script from the NTSC-J Vanilla/OGSE versions of PXZ2?
