.android file

i am doing a little clean up on my pc and i found a (ridiculous big) file named .android, and my space left is nearly zero so i thought: shall i delete it? but knowing computers, the are always going to throw an error if you delete something important.

so my question is: is it save to delete the . android file.

if you want to know what it contains: abdkey and abdkey.pub

is mobogenie an emulator (i dont use it anymore)

It's related to Android SDK, if you don't use the SDK you can delete it. SDK is the software used for developing apps, it includes an Android emulator and debug tools e.g. adb, which is sometimes used by Android-related PC programs. Unless you actively develop software for Android, that particular folder should be fine to delete.
