Hacking 80029564 error code when installing ALL .pkg files

hi

when installing any .pkg file it seems (trying the hoebrew emulators in download section) i always get error code 80029564. Im using rebug 4.76.1_LITE.

Ive tried enabling QA toggle and also im in corbra mode.

any ideas anyone?
