Hardware $75 for a PSVita from Japan?

Hey, I'm currently in the market for buying a Vita and I'm trying to get it on the cheap. I found out that amazon.co.jp sells the 3g model (used) for as low as ~75 bucks, which is way cheaper than they go for here in the UK (~£100+ for a decent one) or the US for that matter (~$125 for a decent one). What do you make of it, would you advise me to get one like this or spend a bit more and get one locally?

Import one from YAJ. I got a white / blue unit as a gift for my girlfriend for like 100$ total, including shipping.
