Anyways, you have to be logged in to go to settings.

Well, in any case it seems like NSFW themes are now hidden by default. So you don't have to worry about logging in to get them to go away.

Also, when I upload a theme and come back to the main page, I'm not able to see the upload button anymore unless I press F5

My small suggestion: Upon submitting a theme, have users select if custom sound effects are used or not. So that downloaders will know if it's the default 3DS menu sounds effects, or customized.

This is just an idea though

What just happened? The bgm.bcstm file is 3.24MB big and I tested it on the 3DS, works perfectly. Why can't it be uploaded?

Maximum file size of BCSTM that the 3DS Home Menu can correctly load is 3,371,008 bytes. Any bigger and the music can break.

Check the byte size itself. I do believe Windows measures in MiB (mebibytes) not MB (megabytes).
