ROM Hack 3DS Windows Explorer extension

If anyone is interested, I updated a lot of boxarts (3DS|CIA).
Just uninstall your previous version, and install from mine.

I used the black border, well, because I like it.

As far as I know, this only supports retail CIAs like Super Smash Bros., updates, and DLCs. It doesn't support custom CIAs like Themely or FBI.

This project was fun to contribute to, but it's dead. rom-properties (https://github.com/GerbilSoft/rom-properties) is much easier to set up and no hassle with box art databases involved.
