Hacking 3ds flash cart pokemon hacks

if i were to buy a flash cart could i put a pokemon black/white hack on it and play it? and if so what would be the best flash cart to buy? thanks i appreciate it

Ive started Pokemon White a couple days ago and works great on R4i Gold 3ds (Wood Compatible) the price is not bad. Cost me $10, or if you want a more pro one go for R4i Gold Plus which has some awsome features like real time saving and more for the price of $11-15. Not bad eh
