Homebrew 3ds Fbi program problems

Hi everybody,I'm here because I had some difficulties to download games without getting an error.On my other 2ds, it freeze some times but it was performing well.On the 2ds i'm using,there's freeze almost everytime.Somebody has an idea of what I can do?

1. What version and type of 3DS?
2.Is your 3DS on CFW?

If 2 is no, and you run the .3dsx type of FBI, then it just uses legit CIA's, which most CIA's aren't. I do recommend installing boot9strap if you are not on CFW.

1.Yes, 11.2.0-35U
2. It is on CFW luma+boot9strap

Are you using it from homebrew or straight away?

Directly from a cia
on version 2.4.8

Update it and try again. If it doesn't work, install freeShop

It isn't updated to the latest version?I'm on FBI 2.4.8
or you mean to reinstall fbi again?
