Hacking 128 GB MicroSD use with 9.0 problem

I have a 9.0 N3DS XL EU and a original 128gb MicroSD (formatted to fat32 (clustersize 32kb)).
Everytime I boot in "Gateway-mode" and want to start BigBlueMenu with the Gateway multirom
this happens: "an error has occurred (...) the system will now be restarted"
Even when i didn't format emunand. (still on 9.0)
Does anyone know how to fix it?
(Inside the Gateway cardridge is a 4gb microSD)

    The trick for me was to go into the settings and crank up the Wiimote sensitivity to the max and it gets twitchy but you can win that way lol
