I have a Dell Inspiron 1150. I added a gig of ram so that i could run games smoother on it. being confident about playing games without a problem, I downloaded a game to beta test but it said that i needed to upgrade my video card. I checked out what kind of an upgrade i could get and to my surprise, the video card is attached to something really important (i forgot what the hell it was).

anyway, i just want to know if there's something that i don't know about that can work on this thing or if i have to trade it in (excellent condition). =(

From a bit of research i found out you have a onboard integrated Intel Extreme Graphics 2 video card attached to the Motherboard probably using the default 64mb of system ram. This is not a video card to play new 3D games there's is no hardware T&L a requirement in many 3D games. I would get a better laptop with a Nivida or ATI video system. What game was it?

Here is a Game playability list for this video card.

Intel Graphics support.

It was Requiem: Bloodymare. It looks really good.

I'll trade in my laptop after i find out how much i can get from it. Thanks a lot for the info. I really apreciate it.
