    im having the same issue? when its powered on with the sd card inside there isnt any menu and when it is powered on without the sd card inside the menu appears. im following the guide on the dsi.cfw site.

    Not sure if this is the right section but... I updated to the latest hourly build. It installed successfully. I pressed start to reboot. It never rebooted. I waited a few minutes and tried turning it on manually. The blue light blinks once and that's it. I'm on 11.4 and updated to boot9strap.

    What's up everyone? I a N3DS running Luma3DS and updated to 11.4 (update after following the guide @ 3ds.guide). Anyhow my question is if I want to use any cheats or plugins do I have to install NTR CFW or just the NTS.cia? I'm referring to the file at this link. Thanks.

    Glad I searched around before asking this same question. I used the same guide... 3ds.guide. @Crystal the Glaceon what CFW do you recommend?
