    I always stole apples from idol shrines. but on a whim I put apples in them like I had seen in Kakariko village, and I got a korok seed! found another shrine and did the same, got another seed, so hopefully this is consistent over the game world and I can get some of those very korok seed...

    Found a high stat wild horse, and had to give up spot, the first horse I ever caught, and I didn't want to do it but I finally did. It made me cry :(

    ...you must pick it up immediately...do not run over and do something else assuming it will still be there. The game deletes items very quickly. Just got shocked by an electric bat and lost my high end guardian shield down a cliff...went to go do a little mining and came back where the shield...

    If this was a 2d zelda game, the shrine locating beacon would be foolproof, but since it's a massive 3d world with huge height elevation, rock overhangs, trees, many ways to hide a shrine, it's not always so simple to find them.
