What are you gonna do with you wii u now that you got a switch? Answer the poll!!
I'm keeping it but my girlfriend has it right now because she said she wanted to play botw on it.
Never bought a WiiU. Nothing about it, aside from Mario Maker enticed me. Plus we're getting MK8 and Splatoon 2. Mario maker would be good to see as well.
mario maker 3ds!!
I turned in all my wii u games to gamestop, and kept my wii u for all the digital games. Now i have $170 on a gamestop gift card and can't find a switch.
wiiu only being used for hax and emulators now
Have it. It's great, but the full experience would be better. Oo
Keeping mine since I'm a collector but it is back in it's box and with the rest of my collection now so playing it won't happen much.
My Wii U is still taking pride of place under the living room telly, and is staying there for the foreseeable as I only currently rate my Switch in handheld mode. Too many good games still to play on the Wii U, it's also a great machine for parties (and multiplayer in general), and is also now a mighty fine emulation machine - I'll probably clod my Raspberry Pi out from under the telly first! If and when it's time to go, it'll still probably get plenty use as I'll just hook it up to the bedroom TV.
Basically, it's going nowhere yet!
3 people have actually clicked on, selling my Switch & WiiU to buy Nvidia Shield! Got to love some of the members humor in this community
fuck the shield just get a s912 for that kind of stuff.
I never bought a switch either
Eh, gonna keep all my WiiU stuff.
The s912 no longer uses a Tegra chipset; it's now using an RK3288. It's also massive and of questionable build quality.
Although my wiiu has been collecting dust for the past couple years I've started playing again since getting a switch and even bought a game. Unless there's some amazing switch homebrew I'll be keeping my wiiu as it's my go to nes,snes,n64,gc,wii,wiiu.
Plus with the poor sales there's a good chance of it having a decent resale value in the future.
let's face it...the zelda wii u console is gonna be a collector's item and is gonna be worth more than it cost very soon!
I sold all my games because I can get them again , I kept the console tho.
Keeping my main console and still ponder what to do with my "console only" Wii U. Paid $100 for it two years ago and probably can't get much for it right now after fees.
Wii U still getting lots use right now. My youngest started BotW a few days early with the EU version and made enough progress that he prefers to continue on with that one. Actually works out well because 3 of us are playing the game so less bickering over who gets to play.
Im a collector and i keep all my old stuff.
But i did end up giving my wii u to my son since i dont even play it and he mainly plays it.
But i see no need to sell off everything. I sitll have my wii sitting right here. Its unplug and push to the back but i still got it. Alone with a ps2,ps3
Gamecube is in the garage tho probably dead but that wasnt my fault.
what the hell happened to the big purple machine??
