Hacking WiiU VC game injection working on 5.3.2

Those addresses jump all over the place, there doesn't seem to be a global shift. You could try looking in an emulator what data is at those addresses and go find them in your german rom too. But this is a little too specialized and mostly guesswork.

Hacking A way to rip games without network/playing?

Not completely sure about the vWii not having access, there was a linux project for a while that tried to use 3 cores from the Wii U. They seemed to get it to start, had some issues with drivers. But somehow it's gathering dust now.

Hacking Can dev-hackers make Wii U play normal Blu-ray Discs of films/series?

I thought it had more to do with the reader being chipped not to read discs made of different color material in newer models. They are not read counterclockwise, just outside-in, normal pc file systems are written from middle to last track.

Hacking Nintendo is hacked, What is their reply?

The best advertisement for a hack would be to admit it happened, thereby making all those kiddies google and find gbatemp. So I rather not they admit it, or we need flooddoors installed for the moderators.

Hacking Dumped my own copy of Yakuza 1 & 2 HD but can't it to run...

There are limitations to what DDD can see. But seeing the list getting longer with simple region naming that breaks things, such as audio or complete games best bet is cpk. There is offcourse wud dumping, but I don't know how to connect the wiiu drive with sata to a PC Edit: Maybe extended...
