    The guide he linked too works perfectly. For it to be most effective, upgrade to 4.2 first via your Wii ... then follow the "Modify 4.2" section. 10 minutes also in total and your up and running.

    I always update through the Wii to 4.2 first, THEN follow the guide for a 4.2 mod ... Works perfectly each and every time. (100+ Wii's to date) I always think it is safer to update via Nintendo first .. IMHO

    I find it very interesting that Sooo many people have issues with this. I downloaded it, stuck it on my USB Drive, and started playing it ... 4.1 usbloader_GX (rev 84x) if I remember right. cIOS rev 14 I changed "002" fix on and vid patch on (PAL game) Works like a champ.

    Wow .. this thread kills me. More speculation than the Grammy's. Anything that can be engineered, can be reverse-engineered. Give the normal suspects some time, and 4.2 will be nothing more than a number. Either way, continue on everyone. Makes for some good comic relief today.

    Any way to have this work with a USB Loader (GX) ?? I can download songs to my Wii (tried a Free one) and it works just fine ... SD Card does not seem to work when downloading songs from GH5 Thoughts ??

    I'm voting on SD card compatibility issue ... I have a 1GB, 2GB and 4GB (various brands) and the SanDisk 1GB is the ONLY one that works fully with BootMii ... Try another if you have one.
