    I strongly doubt that when they said "soon" originally on releasing the update that they meant some ambiguous time in 2015. They've already been locked out of the N3DS in all regions, so they have no reason to wait anyways.

    Is 9.3+ confirmed not to work with GW? I thought they only said that because they aren't sure and are still testing.

    The reasoning behind my status is that Nintendo didn't find the exploit and GW is waiting for them to release the NA/EU consoles so that they don't come pre-patched. I may be wrong though?

    dunno if this is worth anything but i asked my local store when the american NN3DS is out & they said "before the end of the year for sure"

    We do to. Ask cuts down on some of the generic threads we get all the time as well as incentive for our members to help one another out. I guess its taking some time to implement here on Xen, but its coming. I know its broken the spam cleaner a few times so it just takes some hard work and loving.
