I was at Target today getting my first Switch, and some of the boxes were turned over with their serial numbers visible. I saw this one, found your post, and immediately bought it.
I'm sorry. It should be noted, however, that if you had looked at the serial number and consulted the spreadsheet before making your purchase, you would have seen that all XAW10024 systems are 3.0.1 on the spreadsheet. It's also on the first post.
I'd return it and get another one, verifying the serial number with the spreadsheet before purchasing it.

Somehow this was missed by the spreadsheet guy and OP.
Don't want someone to pass this up if they see it, making a $300 mistake.

There are plenty of cases of people getting 3.0.1 from Target. Check the serial number with the spreadsheet before you buy.
No, I already put it in there in this page about few weeks ago and our Switch was from Target last month and it is 3.0.0 and our Nintendo Switch is GREY. Or I wouldn't say it in here if I dont have one.
Maybe they sold it and restock 3.0.1 last week. We purchased Grey version with 3.0.0 from Target last month.

I bought my Switch from Target recently, and I was 3.0.0. However, some people were not so lucky. My advice to everyone is to pull up the Google Sheet on one's phone, go to Find, and type in the beginning part of the serial number of the box you're looking at.
