Are there updated tutorials anywhere for how to make custom themes, gameboots and cintros for 6.61? Or at least download them?
I actually found some Themes for 6.61 from youtube. There is a actual pack. I haven't tried them. Maybe some of the 6.60 themes may work with the 6.60 plugins on 6.61. Go try it out and report back here. I want to know.

If you're talking about the themes pack from Tech James' video, then I already tried that and they do work but I want to make my own

I don't remember how to use that plugin. Don't you have to put it in a txt document in the seplugins folder?

Don't worry i don't ether. I think you put 6.60 plugins on 6.61.prx in the txt file. But make sure you put the 6.60 stuff below it and the 6.61 stuff ontop. I don't know I couldn't get states_menu_pict_v1.06-2 and tn_savestate_plugin_v1 working doing this. Maybe i don't understand clearly.
It says you need to make sure your seplugin text file is ordered in the following way:(prob works with any .txt file that is similar.)
6.61 plugins
660_plugins_on_661.prx
6.60 plugins

great and simple tutorial - the only part i forgot and i don't think the guide mentions is that you have to boot into CFW first for this to work. been a while since i messed with PSP but just picked one up today for $5 (a little beat up but still worth it) and got infinity running within about 15 minutes.

The Pro-C or whatever CFW is the same. Infinity is not really a CFW as it is a hybrid OFW ("frankenfirmware") with exploitable parts of 6.31 being utilized to allow permanence for 6.61 CFW.

System Information says

6.61 PROMOD-C2p∞

Is that correct? I've seen others show this:

The CFW files have a folder named 'CIPL_Flasher'. Run CFW then the folder's app and press 'X' to install.
Alright should I follow the steps in your guide then until step 7 where i run the flasher under CIPL instead of the one that is written?

Sorry, I forgot to clarify. If you run cIPL, you don't need Infinity, and vice versa. Just install and run CFW, then cIPL Flasher.
