Homebrew How could I inject my Pokémon Gold VBA save file into my non-hacked 3DS?

I have the sav.dat file of 32kb ready to inject, but I don't know if Homebrew Channel JKSM is updated for this. Also, I don't know which HC access methods are available (last time I accessed, it was through browserhax).
Note that I don't want to hack my 3DS yet.

Unless you're running a full cfw, there is no way to import a gba save. Also, if your firmware is 11.3 and under, I would highly suggest installing the cfw now rather than later. I mention my reasoning here:
For the record, as I've said many times before to other people, a cfw 3ds is no different than a regular 3ds besides a few extra patches and privileges. You could use your cfw 3ds as a vanilla 3ds if you so chose, and nobody could possibly know the difference unless they held select while booting to get into the luma config. You can play online use the eShop, miiverse etc. Even games that weren't obtained legitimately can play online and be updated just like regular games due to the fact that Nintendo lacks a proper account system on 3ds since it was shoehorned in halfway through it's life cycle.
My point is that since cfw takes literal minutes to install, you should just get it over with now since there isn't anything to lose.

In that case, jksm works fine. Just dump the save, rename your custom save to save.dat, replace the old one, and inject it back in. I would still consider what I said above though.

My 3DS is 11.6 since I needed to update it in order to buy Pokémon Gold. Also, I don't want to install a CFW yet.
I want to know a working HBC entry point for 11.6 and about the update for HBC JKSM for GS. Note that HBC JKSM is not the same as CIA JKSM.

Out of curiosity, why don't you want to install CFW?

In addition, CFW and the CIA version of JKSM are highly recommended. The 3dsx version of JKSM has a lot of limitations, which functionally results in a lot of bugs.

There are 11.6 homebrew entry points, but they're all more trouble than installing CFW, and if you don't already own the required games, mere homebrew is going to be more expensive than installing CFW.

In summary, CFW is your easiest and cheapest option.

Installing CFW in 11.6 involves deleting all data from tarjet 3DS. Even if I wanted to do so, I would have to use 3DSX JKSM in order to backup all my data.
I just want to inject my Gold save and I want to keep my 3DS original at the moment.

May be... When I injected the RBY saves, it wasn't the same. I'll find an entrypoint and I'll try, thanks :)
your going to need to use tool to convert Emulator Saves for Gen II from an Emulator they wont work right out the door. https://projectpokemon.org/home/files/file/1256-save-converter-for-gen-ii-vc-games/ and this should also do the trick, http://gbatemp.net/threads/save-fix-pokemon-gen-2-emulator-save-to-virtual-console-fix.471057/ was able to import my Physical Cart's save that way (ala Retron5 Dump)

That's not true.

3ds.guide said:
If everything goes according to plan, you will lose no data and end up with everything that you started with (games, NNID, saves, etc will be preserved).

Ah I see, we're talking about the dsi method. If that's the case, what 2 models are the 3ds consoles. If they're either both o3ds's or n3ds's, you can just transfer to the hacked one, and then transfer back. If you use any other method, nothing is lost whatsoever.

That's not true.
It is true for the dsi method, which the op seems to be using.

What do you end up losing?

If you system transfer from one 3ds to another, the target 3ds loses all content in favor of the source 3ds. Game saves, nnid, eShop history, mii plaza etc.
Well the guide has you backup your game saves. I guess the rest might be a big deal for some, it wasn't for me. I hardly noticed which is why I didn't think you lost anything(other than game saves which the guide has you backup).

In that case I recommend using the ntrboot method. It's easier than dsiware and won't wipe the system, all it requires is a compatible flashcart (around $20) and once all is said and done you can use the flashcart for DS games so it's useful anyway.

Unless both consoles are the same type, then the op can just transfer to one, then the other without losing anything.
