I would also like to know. I've been searching and finding things about "doodlebomb" and how it was patched, but I haven't found the way to install the cfw for o3ds 11.4.1
Also, I just got an "old" 3DS for my birthday and thought I was going to install the "Homebrew Channel". I'm not stupid, so I looked up the ways to do so and the firmware versions supported.
Here is where it gets dodgy. I looked up "what is the current 3DS firmware" on Google. It took me to Nintendo's official site. I thought I was going to be just fine. Look what it says! This is today, just before I posted here! Sneaky bastards! (See picture)

Bump, I just ordered freakyforms deluxe so that I could install the homebrew stuff onto my 11.4 2ds. Have they been able to find a way to hack the 11.4 older 3ds models yet or find a way to downgrade them?

Homebrew is a no go on 11.4 old 3DS/2DS systems as there are no payloads for them and there are no intentions of ever being payloads for them. You might want to cancel your order. And no way to downgrade/hack has been found, unless you already have a hardmod/a system with CFW/a certain kind of DS flashcard (in the future).

Really? Fudge I thought I'd be able to because of this video:

He has links to payloads for old 3ds/2ds in the comments.

Just like KunoichiZ said, Videos are bad, most of the time.
But these o3DS/2DS payloads only work if you already have CFW. And even on n3DS you wouldn't be able to get CFW with HBL.

    I think all in my Pi 4 was well north of 200 bucks 150ish for the Pi 4 the case the fancy cooler, then like 70 for the 500GB MicroSD then like 70 for the Xbox controller. But honestly it's a nice set up I really enjoy and to me was worth every penny. (even bought more controllers for 2 or 4 player games.) hmmm have never played any 2 player games yet :(
