You are also not legally liable if you are purchasing the stolen goods. Worst case scenario you have to give it back with no refunds.
In Sweden you are. If the price is too good to be true, you should have known better (Yes, this is a courtcase on this).
I think it have to do with court to court to be perfectly honest.

On the Amazon shipping page it says USPS but the tracking id ends with "CN" = Origin from China. But there is no update when i try to track it..

LOLOL the negative reviews on those sellers are starting to pile up now hahaha!
At least that Mr. Vahe seems more legit than the Trent Kite I bought my BOTW from. He is actually selling 3ds's for their value.
So anyone that bought into the possible scam should be receiving their package by the end of next week. if not already back out.
Tracking still shows that I'm supposed to be receiving it today. Item has not moved at all from Amazon's tracking. I'm already getting my refund, and I really doubt I'm receiving anything even if it is from China since there's also no change from China's ems tracking.
