I want a port of Game & Wario, and there especially the "drawing game". I could never understood why there are no more, fully fledged games of this style for the wiiU. Its one of the funniest games of the last years.
Hope something like this comes for switch...

^ The only thing stopping Mario 3D World are the Captain Toad stages because everything else works like a normal game without forced gimmicks (unless you also want to count shouting/breathing to the WiiU's GamePad). .
What do you mean the Captain Toad stages wouldn't work? I haven't finished the game but you can change the camera with the right stick so there's no need for gyroscope etc there. Actually those mini games would work even better cuz they're so short. Captain Toad Treasure Tracker would actually work great on the go.

Thinking about gimmicks in SM3DW, though, you do have those stages and secrets that use the touch screen. That's a problem unless you make them portable mode only.

Bayonetta 1 and 2 for me. Then LOZ: Wind Waker just because, then Super Mario 3D World and Captain Toad, insert Paper Mario and all must have physical copies.

The Toad stages are only playable with the WiiU GamePad, as for the camera, you can gyro move it or with the sticks, from what I can remember.

I never really thought of them being wii u gamepad only as much as one player only (since I'm only playing it with friends), but I guess you're right. Still, the controls aren't difficult to port to another controller. Actually it's weird that you can't use a pro controller.

Nintendo just forced a stupid gimmick 'cause if it weren't for that, the Toad stages in SM3W/CTTT could have been played with a normal controller.

The less the better, Nintendo has always been kind of obsessed with their past successes and have that tendency to port and remake games and release the same old VC games like it's a big deal. I wouldn't mind a Deluxe version of Mario Maker and maybe Smash (For some reason I don't feel like Ninty will be doing a new Smash from scratch) but as much of a Zelda fan I am I'm so done with Zelda HD releases.

To be fair the GameCube games are pretty much the only ones that benefit from the Switch from 480p to 1080p. That and Skyward Sword, but that one can just be upscaled through VC.

GameCube games that require analogue triggers to work wouldn't function properly on the Switch without being reprogrammed or a "GameCube adapter for Switch" type of thing.

Super Smash Bros, The Wonderful 101 and Xenoblade Chronicles X. And as for a bonus (a 3DS game), I think Monster Hunter Generations in 1080p 60 FPS would be amazing on the Switch.
