There is some Homebrew that allows you to enable and disable Wi-Fi in the old 3DS ?

Note: I am asking this because the key to Wi-Fi with the continued use is easily damaged.

Do you have fbi? If so, you can find it in the "TitleDB" option on the first page of fbi. There will be a list of homebrews Cias in alphabetical order.

This application is not available on my FBI list or TitleDB site.

The application is running inside the Homebrew Laucher 1.3 in sysnand, however the 3DS hangs. The cia version also occurs the same error ?

Thanks, it's a question: This application works on 11.3 firmware.
It has a CIA, so the answer should be yes.

A little more information?

In the official topic the cia version is no longer available for download

If the internet is disabled then Homebrew Laucher 1.3 does not start because it apparently runs a file over the internet to start the application. For this reason the cia version would be more functional.

You could download the otherapp payload manually; it'll use that if it can't download it from the internet.

Works just fine on 2.7. You could always just take over mset if *hax doesn't give you that service anyway.

Have you tried this download? Was the latest one I could find. The CIA is included in the zip.

I already managed to download the application in cia version, and then I sent the cia version to the TitleDB site to appear in the HomeBrowser and FBI. For those who want to get this app just have the HomeBrowser or the FBI.
