It's kind of normal for stores to get early copies of consoles to have it as kiosk demos and such.

it's called civil suit nintendo still has that option besides we all know how corrupt the US judicial system is.....throw a judge a nice 1M and they'll make up some B.S. charge, Look at trump he gave the florida DA a bribe i mean donation and she dropped the Trump U class action
Wut? Judges don't file charges. A DA is a not part of the Judiciary, they are in the Executive Branch. (Yes that branch is corrupt as all hell)

Well, that's cool. Shame there's no games though that's probably not something waiting till March 3rd would've fixed :P
Also, what's with the salt on this thread? Most people on this site can barely read (follow 3ds.guide), let alone discuss the intricacies of the legal system.

No. It has already be said countless times that the Switch will use Nintendo OS / Switch OS
Yes and Technically Cyanogen OS isn't Android, but it is Android so... it can still be Android in the core booting the Switch OS.

EDIT: Too clarify what I mean. The bootrom might run Android, it might be all custom. We really don't know until it's poped open. But if it do run Android on the lower levels. It might help hack the console.

PS. You people talking about the Ouya. They shoot themselves by restricting the normal Android games and force to use their crappy store. A lot of the normal games works fine after fiddling with opening it. I got one somewhere, it wasn't working as good as I hoped for HTPC back in the day.

Hmm.... I wonder if they glue the console like everyone now days seem to do on mobile things. Since you can't change the battery yourself.
that glue is for waterproofing ...not saying that you can change the battery via DIY if the glue is not there.
