I have added New Super Mario Bros Wii JPN but I can't add the European version yet since the title key isn't available.
Would it be possible to add a "Recently Added" section to the games pane? Like the program would list games that have been added since last launch? Also could you appoint me as the United States Secretary of Pu___?

For some reason, when I open the app, it says that "ClickOnce has crashed"

Do you have any log or detailed info about the crash?
It looks like the problem comes from the installer, not the app itself.
You can always try to clear Clickonce's cache.
Go to %localappdata%/apps/2.0 __/___ and then delete every folder with the name wiiu..tion_
I'd asked this awhile ago but idk if you saw it yet, could you add an option to decrypt a title given if the user had a common key?

Thing is I don't believe such a feature really is in within the scope of this application, which is focused on USB games.
I'm not saying I'll never add it but considering that it might require quite some work, I prefer, for the time being, focusing on other functionnalities.
It's possible that your application cache got corrupted.
I advise you to rename the folder Apps to Apps.bak in %localappdata%. Then reinstall the app.
You will not lose your downloaded games.

I am not the one adding the games so if they are not available yet on that title key site I cannot tell you when they will be added.
So many people keep asking the same questions about the cache/reporting errors without a log/and asking about games.
Maybe you should add those to the first post trouble-shooting and availability depends on the external database.
