No, as they're signed specifically to one Wii U.

Also how would one be able to check to make sure it isn't already modified?

Can anyone please tell me why I'm using the recommended app (JNUSTool) to download Splatoon via this command:

java -jar JNUSTool.jar TITLEID -dlEncrypted

And I'm just downloading 644MB of data? Splatoon is supposed to weight 2 GB at least.

Please...

If you're getting it from a WUD, it hasn't been modified.
If you download it from a website, that website should mention that the ticket has been modified.

Those issues sometimes happen, redownload the game.

how do you uninstall a game, as i removed the HDD from the wii u and the game icon is still on the main screen and when i click on it without the HDD connected the game still runs ???

No I mean how would you be able to modify the program to check if it was modified. Because how I see it there is no way to do so via software

Make sure that the TITLEID is the actual Splatoon ID and not the Update ID.

Byte 0x01 for a legitimate ticket will always be 01
It will be 03 for a WUD ticket and some other number for a ticket that has been modded more than once
