there's no way to without a scene dump, IOSU, or other special hardware nobody truly knows (refer to scene dump for this one).

We need IOSU for that or a devkit or a hardware mod.

Aww thats too bad, I hoped something like DDD would work for dumping the disc and use it for the USB loader method.

Unfortunately not. There's something obviously because @NWPlayer123 dumped Woolly World US but most of us aren't going to get that until after IOSU goes public, at which point the brazil workaround probably won't be as important anyways.

Hi!
Dont trust that -2 is for USA and +2 is for EUR, i have an EUR game and i added 2 and it gived me an error, i tried to -2 and its installing!

EDIT: F**k! When it was practically installed with an 115% appeares me an error, i think that it was 0xxxxxBFF7 or something similar
Ideas again?

Don't use the +2/-2 workaround, use https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-wii-u-ticket-modifier.445553/ that uses the correct method (a bitwise XOR operation) and mod the ticket automatically.

Few options:
1) ReDownload the DLC via eShop (I can confirm working. Redownlaoded my paid DLC for Mario Kart)

2) System Settings> Data Management>Copy/Move/Delete Data.

Press X to select titles to move
Select the titles to move
Press X to Move

You know, I think I'll wait till an easier method for USB loading exists, and until WUD files are actually easily available (as in, NTSC, since EUR WUDs are too commonplace), I'll stick to Loadiine.

Well, there's still some (small) hope. Apparently there is no WUD for Yoshi's Wooly World, but NWPlayer123 was able to provide a .tik for it. I doubt the method will be shared, but you never know...

You're right, there are not a lot of USA/NTSC WUDs available yet, but I suspect that will change pretty rapidly in the coming weeks. This has opened a new can of worms that will get people fired up again.

I've a friend that stated the reason for this might be because an actual devkit is required to extract the WUD image, correct? If that's the case, I don't see NTSC WUDs being available for a very long time. Getting a hold of said kit is pretty much impossible. I don't find that reassuring if true.

Yeah, you can. Just plug them both in and move all the games from the old one to the new one.
