Game backups aren't tied to a device, you can backup a game using the official CMA or QCMA using a Vita/PSTV and restore it to another Vita/PSTV as long as it is "activated" with the same PSN account.
Even Hackinformer has been using this method to sell VHBL bubbles...

Nobody ever mentioned game backups. I clearly said "account backups", as in the files used to swap accounts.
Then you have to re-read the question you replied to because he never asked to specifically share an account backup...
That's exactly what the person I quoted asked.
Now the wording is vague and could be interpreted either as:
a) Sharing the account credentials or b) Sharing AccountSwitcher profile backups
It makes no sense to ask a), that's always been possible. And b) can't be done.
That's pretty much it. Whether he asked one or the other, I don't really care.
I'm not really interested in arguing over semantics with a random stranger.
