What was the last compatible version of USB Loader GX with Nintendont?
I don't care about the latest accuracy or improvements made in USB Loader GC, I just want it to be compatible with Gamecube games.
Thanks.

The latest version of USBGX works fine with Nintendont!
However, starting with Nintendont builds from June 18 up to the latest, these won't work with USBGX for me. See here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/startin...ndont-crashes-wii-u-vwii.436328/#post-6574947

If you use USBGX latest version and Nintendont version from June 11 you are fine.

Well, he asked for compatibility of USBGX and the answer is that the latest version is perfectly compatible, however there is an issue in the latest Nintendont versions.
I'm only saying how it is. If he wants to use Nintendont's latest version he has to start it directly via HBC if it crashes through USBGX.

The later updates of Nintendont are broken launching from GX. GX hasn't changed.
i know but the advice to use old nintendont without the newest fixes over a program that makes it have gui basicaly is an awful idea, looks over funcionality shouldnt even be considered imo.

You should post here then instead, anyway the latest official release is compatible.

I haven't updated Nintendont since exFat support was implemented, aside from fixing the sound in Triforce game intros (which isn't even a big improvement having to wait for the second time to finally have audio) none of the updates so far interest me, the loader became needlessly slow since I rather stick with the better version that runs all of my games.

What fixes other than exFAT support, which nothing else can use? No, I'd rather stick with the version that works with everything else.

since the june 18 and up like that user said fix94 made triforce support more stabe by removing hardcodes and make the games initialize like they should wich fixed manny small bugs on the triforce games, added rumble to mkgp and mkgp2,fixed the internal updater wich was broken due to adding the exfat support, reworked the cheat system to add more compatibility with cheats in general, added a code to support most fake wii u pro controllers, added back the pal60 flag so pal games can be forced into ntsc video and progressive since they got broken some time ago.

so yeah lots of things while its not game support per say its still alot of stuff and if the upcoming lan mode works out you will be loosing that too.

I won't lose anything. I don't want to play PSO or Triforce games, I don't use cheats or force video modes, and I don't have fake controllers. :P

I just don't see the point in adding support for a filesystem that no other homebrew supports. Adding new features is useless if it breaks compatibility with everything else.

it wasnt fix94 that added exfat it was gerbilsoft so he did it because he wanted lol fix94 just merged it lol.

you do know bba works on mario kart dd,kirby air ride and 1080 snowboard right? and if all else works great we can play them online with other nintendont users since there was a trick to getting lan mode online.

I know who added FatFS. :) And yes, I know those games also support the BBA. What servers support them?

One of the whole themes about Nintendont having a minimal text UI is because it's "meant to be launched from a USB loader." It no longer does that properly.

Ok, ignore my points. lol
well its not nintendont fault that usbloadergx cant handle it is it? afaik wiiflow and cfg loader work fine with it so its something the usbloader team must fix, its not fix94 job to fix nintendont to be compatible with usbloader gx its the other way around since the other loaders work fine with it.

USB Loader GX's Gamecube launch worked fine before exFAT and that part of the code hasn't been altered. So who broke what?

I'm done arguing with you about this.

so why go through all this , just use a less recent model of nintendont if you were happy with it
