Nitrohax (homebrew Action Replay alternative) now working as a .CIA!

Maybe. Some games have their ap code triggered I believe. Like mario &luigi bowser's inside story. Does anyone have that game? I've gotten one user report that this game doesn't boot once the bit31 patch is active. I have a few ideas on how to fix it, but got no one to test it. The user who reported the original issue is AFK.

Iĺl try the ap code, and see if it works hang on... nope not with HG it seems

there is a balck screen fix for heartgold does this code fix the issue with black screen using twlbg patchs

Not sure about Band BRos, but Pokemon White is a TWL cart. TWL carts and some newer NTR carts do not init correctly with NitroHax. Unfortunately I'm not the person to fix this. Shutterbug/Ahezard/Normmatt are the ones you can ask to fix it. I'm not touching the bootloader end of this as the code there is too complicated for me.

pokemon hg and ss black screen after save if you use the twbg patchs it used to happen on the emulator so i think its an anti piracy thing any way i tried t use the black screen fix code to fix it but its still black

eh one thing needs to be added to this though make it so you can press a button to go back to nitro hax and try different cheats instead of having to go back to the homemenu and reboot it just to try different cheats

Soft resetting out of game and back into NitroHax would need a serious overhaul of the entire cheat engine for something like that to work I think. Not sure if it's even possible. Flashcarts did something like this though where you soft reset back to their firmware. But that all happened on slot-1 though and was easier to pull off. IN this case you'd have to soft reset back to Nitrohax which is stored on TWLN partition and is accessible only to arm7. I have no idea how you'd even pull that off from an NTR game....

The game is on a newer cart and isn't supported by Nitro yet, Which game is it may I ask?

Released a new build:

https://github.com/ahezard/NitroHax/releases/tag/0.95.NTR

This alters the timing a bit for the card reset sequence and adds bit31 lock down before booting the game. This ensures everything is back to vanilla NTR mode before the game starts. So any games that broke because of the dev launcher patch should work again. The card init change may also resolve issues with "some" newer carts that might have been needed a longer delay between power off and on. This won't fix TWL carts however. That's a separate issue.

retest games that give you the red, yellow, yellow, green box code. Maybe they'll work now. But as I said TWL carts will NOT work yet.
