I don't remember if I've requested this, but how about Moonlight?Since it requires a PC using an Nvidia GPU, I would be more than happy to test it if a programmer doesn't have a capable PC for it.

using cia is simple, but I need more and more people enjoy the patch.
As with HANS, via homebrew, is there any tool that can make access to romfs from the SD card?
I am sad that HANS doesn't support the latest games.

Are you able to use CFW? If you can, Luma3DS has a built-in feature that lets you redirect the romfs of games to a file on the SD card like HANS can, and NTR CFW's LayeredFS plugin lets you do something similar as well.

This may be a little too much, and I'd love to do this myself but I don't know anything about programming in general. I had the idea earlier for a collection of simple games that focus on two colors, red and blue by default but they can be changed. The reason is for someone with a lazy eye to wear 3d glasses and force their eyes to work together, similar to what can be found here: https://lazyeyetetris.wordpress.com/ or here: http://www.amblyopiagames.com/games.aspx
As far as actual games, I'm not entirely sure, but if someone would be willing to help out or maybe explain how I could accomplish this myself, I would be very grateful.

I think Chrome would be too much for the 3DS to handle. I dunno about Firefox though.

I tried playing osu! With a mouse, and i sucked. Tried searching streaming options with touch pad as a screen as touch as mouse, no luck.

Is it possible someone can create a all purpose hax updater? I noticed how they have stuff like luma updater and even FBI installer has a updater. But i mean like combine it all into one, CFW updater for any one of your choice, Luma, corbenik, salt, lima, cake etc. Payload updater with configurable buttons, for like decrypt9 hourglass, emunand, bootanim9 etc. Homebrew updater, either choice of Homebrew loader 3DSX or Cia install. Just something i was thinking about. So is easier to get these things without needing a second device like pc or android. Specially with new 3DS and is ftp system.

This tool could interest only me but I think it is an essential tool if it were possible to do so: a Wifi manager.
My WPA key is over 50 characters with letters, numbers, special characters, and it was so painful to get on my 3DS. Well, now it's done, but I would have liked is the ability to copy/paste my key to a text file, place it on the SD card and then select+configure the network through the homebrew.
One of the situations in which I found myself is to be at a friend, I had not updated my Smash bros and I had no more slot for one more wireless networks. And this tool would have been great to have as many networks recorded as possible.
But it really affects the system so I do not know if that's possible.

a 3ds theme browser is needed because we have a home-brew one why not a theme browser for custom themes and maybe official ones for pirates.

thats not a theme downloader im talkign about downloading custom themes from the 3ds

FTP ARM9 Payload? if thats doable, Somehow activate the Wifi on the System and Connect to Access point and give FTP

Bad news is that BitLocker was cracked, so somebody could use a Pi Pico and probe the LPC pads on the motherboard to grab the key.
