Sorry. Since you're on the latest firmware, you need to downgrade your 3ds by either hardmod or another 3ds with cfw.
Use Decrypt9 to restore your sysnand backup. Make sure it's forced.
Is it enough if I do the same things from Part 1 Homebrew? Or do I need to delete the files from sd card first? I dont know which files are nessessery to leave on the SD card,
What did you do exactly? You will have to download the mii maker cia from 3dnus. https://www.3dbrew.org/wiki/Title_list look here for the title ids and versions you need to use.So my mii maker is glitched, is there a way to fix it?
The newer guide saves a lot of time, and is much safer. If you know what you are doing though, you should be fine with using the older ones (assuming you have the files used in the old guides laying around).
the ctrnand part is just a safer alternative to doing a full downgrade. Instead of formatting emunand twice, running sysupdater, hoping it works without errors, running otphelper, praying you didnt brick when you flash emunand to sysnand, then get your otp, you flash ctrnand, make sure there aren't errors, then get otp. It ensures that there will be less errors, and it doesn't require you to have emunand.I mean the ctrnand part thing kinda confused me.. And I have backups of all my stuff on the older guide

Is there another way to download mii maker .cia? 3dnus won't work for me, says wrong title id (I double checked the id and is right) and 3dnus mod won't open, shows a lot of crazy .net framework errors, tried to reinstall netframework and I can't because says is already updated.
