Because SD root is a very very bad place for homebrew. It's basically like a graveyard. So I decided to try and bring a new standard and I've been in talks with many developers on this topic. There's a chance it'll be changed to "/homebrew/3ds/<stuff>" but at least it won't be SD root.Just one silly question: why does ShadowNAND use a folder named homebrew?
--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------
All in due time.Well, I will show my reasons that why I think that ShadowNAND needs TWL patches and RF (at least RF NS).
- Play any blocked DS flashcard.
- Play Custom DSiWare (Launchers, homebrew, forwarders, etc.).
- Play any 3DS cardridge of any region.
- Play any .3ds rom on sky3ds+.
- Any homebrew's future proof having some of them into the NAND (perhaps HBL and GridLauncher into the NAND).
