Hacking Can I download Updates for CIA games from the eShop?

What the title says. I've been looking for the update CIA files for Majora's Mask and Tomodachi Life, but they are unavailable everywhere (links are down.) I'm wondering what the harm would be in downloading the update from the eShop instead of just looking for the CIA format. I won't get banned will I?

You can. It's even better if you aren't logged in with your NNID.

By "You can." do you mean I can get banned or do you mean I can download it from the eShop with no problems. My EmuNAND is linked to my NNID.

You can, BUT!
Pirated DLCs and Custom Themes will be deleted while the eShop is launching. (You can reinstall them afterwards.)
Same deal with NZone Viewer.

Actually I haven't had that problem ever with custom themes.

Never had this happen, went on the eshop yesterday to download the bravely second demo as well as plenty of other updates and stuff, all linked with my NNID (I know it is because my balance is on screen that I have for the eshop on my Wii U), all DLC I've installed via Cia is still there.

Although using the eshop can cause it to delete the stuff it's not the only factor, there's something else that causes it to get flagged for deletion first, it's not just using your NNID, I just don't know what it is yet.

I'm not saying that it WILL be deleted if you're logged in, only that it WILL NOT if you aren't logged in.
