Is there commands for lauching the emulator with a rom and in fullscreen? If so how? Changelog says

Seems to me that they're the Emulation Version of TheFineBros' React™.

From what I understand, that person isn't even part of the original team, and is working solo on both. Seems rather suspicious to expect money for future ZSNES builds when we've got perfectly working "free" SNES emulators now for over a decade.
I use SNES9X for SNES emulator and there's always Dolphin's Virtual Console. Also you can get money from fans donating in Patreon.

Yes, but having the ability to emulate NGC (Through vWii/devolution), WII, and WII U using the same emulator would be an idea for consideration. Unless Dolphin team is working on integrating support for Wii U emulation.

Well I don't think so since the dolphin devs are mostly working on Dolphin 5.0 which I doubt it will support Wii U but I still agree with your idea.
When this thread reach 500 pages Cemu will be a daily use

Though it sounds "handy", i don't think maintaining such a huge amount of code for both emulators is feasible or nice for the developers. I really don't mind making 3 clicks more to open another emulator and the games. Maybe in ten years, if both emulators can be fused, which sounds easier than it really is.
I'm looking at full system emulation of the hardware and not necessarily just the ability to play games.
As the WiiU has two systems included within it's structure, the focus of system emulation should not be contained to only half the hardware.
The focus is always determined by the developers goals so, you would have to contribute programming for that to happen tailored to your liking, in that case.

Not yet, still needs to boot 100+ games and have full accuracy for them to optimize it for practical use.
I think it just needs to be able to go full speed.

@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that

I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
