I just bought a used Vita. I didn't really want it but the deal seemed too good to pass up. Anyways, I was looking through it and it looks like it still has some games and stuff on it. 3 Vita games and a 1 PSP game.

I'm wondering if I change user accounts would the games still be useable?

Side question: FW is 3.55 should I keep it there and hope for a new exploit or CFW to come out?

User accounts (AFAIK) are directly connected to the Vita's memory card. Also, there is no option in the Vita to change user account.
This means, you can't change account WITHOUT resetting your Vita, and by resetting and inserting another account in the vita, when you plug the memory card in, it will detect that the memory card is associated with another account, and ask you to format the card.

So, to put it simple, if you want to keep the games, you have to keep that specific account.
Otherwise, you'll lose them.

About the firmware: Its up to you to keep it there or not, but you won't be able to access PSN without updating the system.
If you want to be able to hack it in the future, or are interested in hacking the PSP part of it, you better stay in that version.
