Have the same issue, running 10.1U on an old 3DSXL. But I can still dump and inject saves just fine (when Tubehax decides to actually load)
This seems to only happen to me for ACNL, so perhaps it's a digital games thing or maybe it's just ACNL or maybe it's a combination of things I don't understand.

Solution:
- Open save manager, move left to ACNL, press 'A' to select.. When the screen glitches out, wait until all the glitchy pixels on screen have stopped moving, then press 'A' to dump. You will see the glitchy pixels move for a bit then stop. When they stop, press X to exit. The screen will go all "Super Mario Crackmania' on the top screen. Shut off the 3DS. Your files are now dumped. Same thing to inject a save, but press 'B' instead of 'A'.
Don't do anything until all pixels have stopped changing,
Glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing this ! I'm using an old 3DS too so maybe that's the problem ? Anyway, yeah, I've noticed the pixels moving but I'm always afraid I'll press X too early and I inject like a half a save file or something hahaha. Thanks for your answer :)

I have yet to make a mistake. If you want to be safe, wait 10-15 seconds between actions. It only takes about a second or two to dump, but just for safety.. :)

I'm annoyed that my version of post wasn't answered but I'm still glad I got an answer. Thanks!

I kinda corrupted my Pokemon Rumble World save. I have a 10.1 O3DS and I was using this and Pokemon Rumble World save editor (https://gbatemp.net/threads/pokemon-rumble-world-diamonds-p-tool.386526/) to get more Diamonds. The game is now telling me that the saves corrupted and i have to start again or just not use it. Any ideas what could have gone wrong?

Maybe it would be nice if Save Data Manager puts the save in a folder according to the gameid, like savedatafiler on emunand does, this way you can dump multiple game saves.

True, although OP hasn't replied to this in ages, infact I don't even know if this thread is alive, the title hasn't changed to support 10.x

i have seen several people say they fixed it but no details on how. when i select save manager, i am taken to the "could not access savedata archive" screen immediately without ever being prompted to select anything. other people who experienced this what did you do?? i have the latest versions of all files and everything else is working perfectly. 10.1U

I am on 9.9 EU Old
I did the browserhax and then themehax method.
When I select the savemanager app from the main homebrew menu, I never get an option to select a specific game to edit the screen goes straight to:

Get fs:USER handle:0x0
FUSER_Initialize: 0x0
Open archive 0xC920454F
Could not access the savedata archive!

I'm going to assume you're using the wrong version of SDM

Don't know if it's already mentioned.

If you use sysnand 9.2 and have an emunand, don't use Save Data Manager (also happens with svdt) in sysnand 9.2, this will corrupt the part on your SD where your emunand is.
It happens when you browse for your game (i still use some game sin sysnand 9.2) and you pass an illegal installed cia game, it will not show it but wil show the last legit game, when exitting and reboot to your sysnand from hbl
then start your CFW, it will end in a balck screen, no way to boot your emunand, putting back an emunand backup will not solve the problem, it corrupts the small hidden part your amunand is on.
The only solution for me was to put back my win32disk image.

I have updated my youtube app by accident, and I can't use homebrew anymore. Any solutions as to what I can do?
Is there a way to revert the update of youtube?

I am on 10.1 Old and I keep getting this message when I launch the Save Manager
Get fs:USER handle : 0x0
FSUSER_Initialize: 0x0
Open Archive : 0xC920454F
Could not access the savedata archive! Press X to
exit.

I stopped using Tubehax when 10.1 came out being cautious of being bricked, I just installed Browserhax last night and have been having nothing but issues with CHMM, the Save Manager and BLARG SNES

Try this. Sounds like you have an old boot.3dsx
.
Try with mashers homebrew launcher mod. That fixed it for me. A newer boot.3dsx must be required.

I personally handled a call from the second highest person at Raytheon. That call bothered me a lot... The guy was nice and smart what bothered me was the way management basically just blew him off instead of going the extra mile to help him.

In the end that call ended up costing Dell millions in lost contracts with Raytheon, and really the issue could have been solved for like 450 bucks lol

I always thought that capcom shuffled the games in these collection, but apparently they are all in chronological order, which makes legacy collection 2 worthless
