You can easily downgrade it with FBI too.
Download 0004001000021000.cia (for USA) with 3DNUS like this :
Then launch FBI, switch to "nand mode" and "delete mode", search for "0004001000021000" (triple check) and delete it.
Switch back to "install mode" but stay in "nand mode" and install your previously downloaded 0004001000021000.cia.
You have downgraded your mset.

Hold "R" while booting to enter in the menu.
It's normal with Smash bros. 3ds or monster hunter 4 and few others games...
Personnaly, when I want to close these games, I press home and I load another game that don't jump me back to sysnand, try.

Something funny happens to me with the installation data suite, it said it failed but then I press A and everything works well, its that a problem, man?
