It didn´t work.Don't expect it to launch rxMode. It's not setup to load the right Arm9 stuff for n3DS. I'd be surprised if it boots at all in fact.
Via Mset 9.x .nds flashcard.

Here's the compiled build for those who want to test CakeHAX version of rxTools with the new GUI:
rxCakeTest.zip
(this includes the correct NDS file for installing MSET rop)
I swapped bottom screen offsets to make bottom screen work correctly from spider/mset entry points. I have not tested mset on 4.x. But I do know it works from 9.x if you downgraded MSET. (should boot fine from spider too)
This is pretty much what current rxTools source has but with CakeHax and few small tweaks added. Note that the bottom screen offset swaps are not present in my source code for the branch I compiled it from. I did a temp change for that to build this test build for MSET/Spider users. Ninjhax does not work with this build FYI. They will be fixing that soon hopefully.
BIN files in the "theme" folder go to rxtools/Theme/0 on SD card.
Would like to know if this boots on n3DS, but I don't think it will. The build they have working on n3DS may not be committed to their github yet. (probably because it's not done yet. )
re run NDS file included with the package. You may be using incorrect MSET rop.
i use the one i compile, let try one from your zip
Do i need to rename it to firmwareRX.bin?Yes use the one in my ZIP. Not even sure where you got the other one from then.
Be sure to select the 9x entry if your on 9.x. 4.x users will use the 4x entry.
Now I've got a loading... in my bottom screen but nothing is comming ^^
Nope... Just loading... And nothing else ^^No. That was only necessary for my 2.6 rxTools (the one that doesn't have all the new GUI stuff). The new GUI version I linked above doesn't and still uses firmware.bin.
How long did you let it wait. It says that then auto boots rxMode to emunand after about 3-6 seconds. Hit R while it says that to bring up the menu.

Data Install menu does not have a progress bar. It should eventually finish. It should show a new screen when it finishes where you hit A. Then R will bring up the menu.
There has to be something wrong with your firmware.bin file or System Settings. I just reinstalled MSET from the same NDS file and the same dat file I uploaded above and it works for me.
same with o3DS xl 4.5/9.2Stucked at installation data suite screen with a O3DS 4.3/9.8 emuNAND.

Nothing, I have reinstalled everything and : mset rop --> loading... --> crash
Even with preinstalled data...
