a mate just linked me the following video, dunno if it's real but it's by crediar so why should it be a fake ?

The app is called "FAKEDVD". It's from crediar, so sure thing is legit.
It loads a .WPT file. Never heard of this extension BTW, if fat4:/ is USB, then yeah, this is an USB-something-loader. It seems it also patches DVDLowRead, DVDLowSeek and DVDLowReadDiskID on the fly. This post has been edited by raulpica: Sep 14 2008, 09:03 PM |

And this is probably not it, but this is what a google search for ".wpt file extension" brought up: http://www.fileinfo.net/extension/wpt And I can't wait to see more ISO loaders. Like from DVD, USB, SD, WiFi... |

WPT could stand for Wii ParTition or Wii Partition Table. EDIT: Like linkinworm said, it's a custom format. I wonder how the speed issue was resolved. Piss. I downloaded it to my HD (because sometimes Gnash messes up and I can't see anything) and I saw it, deleted it and then used rm -rf on my trash.
I could've had top secretish footage. |
