Hacking any easy to follow guides on Installing CFW for 4.82?

i just got in from grabbing off ebay a PS3 CECHE01, and i havent touched a PS3 ever since the big PSN acount breach around days of FW 3.41.

the PS3's currently on 4.82 i just want to find help on a guide to do it right, is REBug w/ cobra still a thing? if not whats the best CFW these days? has OtherOS been re-implemented ? i'm beyond out of touch as i bricked my old PS3 i had back then trying to help someone work on re-implementing OtherOS, and pretty much gave up for along time in snagging another PS2 Compatible PS3.

i've found a few out there but they either seem outdated or the sites its on is dead,

Can probably follow this, MrMario2011 does a good job with his tutorial, I followed his video when I installed CFW on my 4.82 PS3.

just got around to it last week and worked. now to just becarefull w/ my Phattie so it doesnt die a pre-mature death.
