Hi all,

I lifted the two pads data pads D+ and D- during a trinket install, does anyone know how to create a bridge? I know there was a diagram but I cant find it anywhere on here.

Thanks,

Yea I lifted those, so now I need to solder a bridge between the chip above those pads then to the rear of the PCB. I need all 4 of the points... I think its the two middle pins above on the 6 pin chip above the lifted pads, and I'm not sure of the 2 locations on rear. This was my original switch i had to solder desolder the the trinket0 installation about 100 thousands times thinking the installation was incorrect. The issue ended up being the battery connector! haha. It had a loose ground. At that point i destroyed the switch so i bought another. I took this out and repaired a lot but now I'n not able to get RCM recognized bc of these missing connections on D+ and -.

They look like just testpoints not through board pins can your switch still connect to your charge stand and output to TV aswell as detect a USB stick in one of the stands USB ports.
If it can then there just test points and not part of a circuit

alrighty mate, how u doing. basically if u lifted the pads yeah mate you need to wire it from the chip directly to the nintendo switch board. this is the schematic for the trinket m0 mate.

pin 23 is d- and 24 is d+

just wire it up from the chip to the points on the board. so the last pad (pin 24) basically goes to the 1st point on the nintendo board and the 23rd pin goes to the d- pad. if u need any help mate just message back

also in case you messed up all those points, then here's the ones at the back:

He's not on about the pads on the trinket he's on about the pads on the mainboard.
But you did post the rear of the main board and thats confirmed that there just test points not vias so the switch will work normally with them missing and he can use the alt points

No, you don't. The original points on the front are test points with no connection to anything else, you can go directly to the back points.
