You copied the latest boot.firm to your SD? What do you mean it doesn't happen? If you hold Select on boot what version does it say you have? Latest is 9.0

Alright, so I recently changed my 3DS's EmuNand's region back to U (I had changed it to E some time ago, but I'm getting ready to do a system transfer to a n2DSXL), formatted it, and moved it to my SysNand. However, now there are two, glitchy titles on my home menu, with no title, and, well, you'll see. I've heard of this happening before to someone else, although they only had one glitchy title. Does anyone know what to do?

Hey there,

everybody knows, there is no dump for DSTT flashcard.
I flashed ntrboot on a single DSTT.
Furthermore I have 2 DSTT on stock.

Is it possible to boot ntrboot flasher via ds(i), read stock DSTT, switch to ntrboot DSTT and write/flash the dumped firmware?

Or is it too specific for each card?

Thanks
Alright, it worked. :)

If it isn't on the latest firmware try updating it

How can I check that my flashcart has the ntrboot hax propertly installed?

When I load the main menu, the cart no longer appears on the menu like it previsouly did

I'm trying with both a old 2ds (11.5.0.38U) and a old 3ds (11.6) and both go to sleep mode uppon powering on

I might be doing the key combination wrong on the 3ds, but doubtfully on the 2ds as its way easier to do so there and also, I have big hands, so no issue reaching the keys

I fell in love with my old 3DS again (after flashing it with CFW), but now I find myself desiring a new 2DS XL for the bigger screen size and faster performance. Still not sure it's worth it, but I'll probably buy it on sale next week.

This time I will have to flash with R4i Gold 3DS Plus to flash my firmware this time. It sounds simple enough, even though I'll have to find/use a magnet and open the cartridge to flip the switch after.

Here's my question, after flashing it with CFW, can I just swap in the same SD card I was using in my Old 3DS? I'd like to not have to go through the painstaking process of re-downloading all the freeshop games, etc.
I imagine this way my save files get backed up and moved over too.

Also, if I plan to give my old 3DS to my co-worker for his kid, can I just make a backup of my SD card to leave CFW working and all the games? How would I make sure to scrub my personal info from the system or SD card? I have a few legit purchases on there pre-CFW that will probably be attached to my Nintendo ID. Do I just delete them and that's it?
