And does anyone even care about the Street Fighter port? Seems like most people either dislike it or don't care.

I care !! And from what I understand Ultra Street Fighter II was kind of capcom's way of testing the waters of the switch. And I heard it sold well enough to warrant more capcom support albiet only ports for now but good enough for now.

If you are true hardcore, you hack some arcade fight stick together with a joycon and you make your own switch arcade fight stick.
It is just throwing some money, time, cabling, soldering and profit... that is, if you are true hardcore.

True Hardcore Fighters don't need Arcade sticks they have the learnt the ways of the shoulder buttons HP+HK. It should be a breeze for old SNES owners.
Only Street Fighter Divas moan when they have to use a controller, although I will admit its freaking hard with the joycons, Pro controller works good though.
