Misc Game missing after NNID has been deleted

So I bought on an 11.5E boot9straped Old3DS a DSiWare game and modified it. Then I successfully transfered it to and non modified 11.5E Olds 3DS. Everything was fine but I accdentally deleted the NNID I used to buy the game (this NNID was transfered to the second 3ds, so I deleted it in the non-modified 3DS). Somehow the game was deleted too and, in the settings, I found this (see the image). Is there a way to recover it or I'll need to do everything again?

Observation: If I try to copy it to the SD card, it says: "Data could not be copied"

If you reinstall the ticket, you can reinstall the game, but if it will be used for DSiware transfer on 3ds.guide you must rebuy the game or call ninty to get your nnid back. You can reinstall the ticket by running an app such as tikangel. Your game was not deleted, as it is showing in system settings. ( though it wont show on the home menu because you don't have the ticket)

If you delete/unlink an NNID, all titles tied to that NNID will be removed. This is normal behaviour.

@01000's advice will get it to reappear, but it will no long be legit, and therefore can be transferred via system transfers.

It means that the ticket for the game is missing. You will need to log onto the NNID that was used to buy the game with and redownload the game.

If they deleted the NNID then it's gone for good.
