nds-bootstrap loader: Run commercial NDS backups from an SD Card

nds-bootstrap:

Thanks to the work of ahezard, Gericom, Apache, Robz8, _catcatcat, and shutterbug2000 and other contributors, we can now load NDS games from the SD card, without any flashcard/SLOT-1 card.

Don't expect high compatibility, but do expect many, many updates.

Could anyone confirm me if Metroid Prime Hunters is still compatible on 0.5.0?
Not working for me.
It also doesn't work for me, but the demo (First Hunt) still works. Every door opens instantly :). Still some minor music and (more rarely) video stuttering in a few areas.

Didn't test these in-game yet, but all of these boot for me:

With default settings: Polarium, Ridge Racer DS, GoldenEye: Rouge Agent, Burnout Legends, Super Princess Peach, Kirby: Squeak Squad, Kirby Super Star Ultra, Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfar, and Nanostray 2.

With donor ROM forced: Need for Speed Underground 2, Rayman DS, Retro Atari Classics, and Advance Wars: Dual Strike.

These games used to boot, but no longer do for me: Asphalt Urban GT, Bomberman, Star Wars Episode 3, and Nanostray.
Following this up with post-boot performances and details for the compatibility list. Feel free to adjust my interpretation of compatibility levels for the list if needed. All games are USA region, tested with V0.5.0.

Need for Speed Underground 2 (0002): Unplayable. Requires donor ROM forced. Freezes at title screen.
Polarium (0006): Unplayable. Randomly freezes up during gameplay.
Ridge Racer DS (0017): Playable (few problems). Lags for a 1/2 second every few seconds in races.
GoldenEye: Rogue Agent (0029): Unplayable. Video (but not audio) randomly freezes up during gameplay. No gun sounds.
Rayman DS (0047): Unplayable. Requires donor ROM forced. Freezes up after "loading" screen.
Retro Atari Classics (0051): Unplayable. Requires donor ROM forced. Freezes before reaching title screen.
Advance Wars: Dual Strike (0088): Unplayable. Requires donor ROM forced. Freezes after intro video.
Burnout Legends (0221): Near perfect. Requires donor ROM forced. Plays perfectly during races (zero stuttering).
Super Princess Peach (340): Near perfect. Only some lag when warp-piping. Otherwise plays perfectly during gameplay and cutscenes.
Kirby: Squeak Squad (0732): Playable (few problems). Some lag during gameplay (especially switching abilities), doors can take a few seconds to load.
Kirby Super Star Ultra (2696): Playable (problems). Long loading times, several seconds of lag when switching abilities and going through doors. Distorted audio in "surround" sound mode.
Nanostray 2 (2119): Unplayable. Red-screens when loading any level.
Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare (1617): Playable (problems). 1 second of lag for every second of non-lag during gameplay. Distorted audio.

Even with latest TWL and bootstrap, Diamond(EU) still won't work.. my luck is awesome :')
Donor ROM: MKDS (U), TWL clock speed, debug ON, vram boost isn't an option anymore, old 3ds 11.5 b9s -> white screen
could it be a faulty rom? I'll retry ;u;
did you change the bootstrap to unofficial in the settings?

I've put nds_bootstrap3ds.nds in my _nds folder and renamed it to nds_bootstrap.nds but it didn't work. TWLoader says I'm on nds_bootstrap v0.5.0, but Super Mario 64 DS has the same load times and issues from the previous version and Animal Crossing: Wild World still gets stuck at a white screen.

EDIT: It works now, but Super Mario 64 DS is still slow with loading. It seems that the EU version of Wild World isn't supported yet. Also, Wild World seems to run extremely slow (keeps stuttering, so does the audio). TWLoader won't let me change the speed higher than 133mhz. Wild World also has really long load times too.

Latest bootstrap release should be named "release-bootstrap.nds".
