Hardware 3DSXL just bought has FW4.5 wants me to update to play games. Advice?

ive gotten to
Section III - Launching FBI

and when i press the L+DOWN+SELECT i go through the menu and activate the option and when pressing the B buttont to back out it will either hang on a white screeen or sometimes it will get past and i will be able to exit and close download play and when ive to load it back up it just hangs on the Nintendo 3DS loading screen :/

Just figured it out that boot.3dsx file I said you didn't need well you need it.

Ok so try this : launch health and safety app and hold l+select+ d-pad down and Select “Miscellaneous options” and hit switch hb to current title. If that does not work download this and extract it and overwrite

put them at the root

i did it in the health and saftey way but it still does the same thing it hangs on the NINTENDO 3DS loading screen

the boot.3dsx file goes on the root.

yes but sks316 was talking about .3ds files for flashcarts like Sky3DS+ and i said OP wants a flashcarts for .nds files

Right so i did the backup of the Nand and i hae it saved on my pc and my onedrive ... i deleted it form the sd card like it said but when i insterted back to the 3DS the screen was just locked and seemed just Hung.... so ive powerd of and restarted even tho i didnt do the press start and reboot bit...will that make a difrfrence .... or does that mean im all set?

did you remove the SD while the '3ds was on?

yeah it asked me to press

1. Hold (R) and press (B) at the same time to eject your SD card
2. Insert your SD card into your computer
