I have about 300 GB's left on my Wii U external. Is there anything else I can put on there besides Wii U USB Helper games?

Appstore loads homebrew's .elf's and .rpx onto SDCard, what are you talking about?
Oh, you meant site itself, which lets you download homebrew channels. wiiubru.com
